About the event

Cancelation policy - If player cancels more than 10 days out they will receive a 50% refund if spot is not filled. If spot filled full refund minus service fees.

If player cancels 9 days or less, 50% refund only if spot if filled for event. If spot doesn't get filled player then player receives no refund.

Any cancellation after Wednesday at 8 pm no refund possible.
